Lampblack & Ash, Simone Muench

Fragmented in Sappho-erotic flashes, Muench's collection is furious and humid with seduction. Her poems speak directly with no illusions of romance. This book beckons the reader with dense, fertile language that tumbles out, restless in a lush, landscape.
